One week after receiving it, one side stopped working . I took it to the repair guy *assuming* that it would be covered by the warrantee as it had only worked for a week. BUNN declined to fixed the machine, so I had to pay $320 to get it fixed....after just ONE WEEK of usage.DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM BUNN - THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. IF IT BREAKS - YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. BUYER BEWARE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER MANUFACTURERS OF GRANITA MACHINES - GO WITH THEM INSTEAD. |
